On 25–26 June, the Department of Ecology and Plant Polymer Technology of FAIEE hosted the 26th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Ecology. Human. Society”, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident.
The conference was attended by speakers from Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Turkey, Sweden, Finland and Malaysia.
Oleksandr Korniienko (First Deputy Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute), representatives of the university and our faculty, members of the programme committee from Ukraine and other countries and invited speakers took part at Plenary Session.
